ElevenMusic V2 lets you rebuild a song section by section

On 27 May ElevenLabs shipped Music V2 across its ElevenMusic consumer app and ElevenCreative for brands. The model builds a full song section by section — intro, verse, chorus — and adds inpainting, so you can regenerate just the bridge instead of rerolling the whole track.

It also got cheaper: ElevenLabs cut API pricing by up to 50% and ElevenCreative self-serve rates by up to 40%, alongside broader multilingual support.

Generative music has been stuck on the all-or-nothing reroll. Section-level editing is the feature that lets it sit in a real workflow — which is why music earned a permanent slot in our stack this edition.
